HS-1 Repair Clamp
Hegawa clamps are suitable for the repair of ALL pipe types. GRP and PE pipes can be repaired with specially adjusted repair clamps: ask your distributor or Hegawa.
Available sizes
From DN 50 up to including DN 300. Length varying according to diameter from 150 to 500 mm. Working ranges varying from 7 mm up to 11 mm.
Working pressures
16 bars for smaller sizes and 10 bars for the larger sizes. Please see our price-list for detailed information regarding working pressures.
HS-2 Repair Clamp
Hegawa double band repair clamps are suitable for the repair of ALL pipe types. GRP and PE pipes can be repaired with specially adjusted repair clamps: ask your distributor or Hegawa.
Available sizes
From DN 80 up to including DN 700. Length varying according to diameter from 200 to 750 mm. Working range is max. 22 mm.
Working pressures
16 bars for smaller sizes and 10 bars for the larger sizes. Please see our price-list for detailed information regarding working pressures.
HS-3 Repair Clamp
Larger Pipe diameters can be repaired by our HS-3, triple band clamp. Working range is max. 30 mm.
MATERIAL SPECIFICATION
- Metal parts: stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316L.
- Nuts are made from stainless steel AISI 316 and are coated with molybdene to prevent galling.
- Stainless steel washers.
- Small clamp sizes are equipped with a handle to facilitate installation.
- All parts have been rounded and have undergone chemical treatment after welding to return the corrosion resistance to its original state.
- Available rubber gaskets NBR – EPDM compounded for watergas and sewer service. Other compounds are available on request.
- The rubber is tapered and has a waffle pattern.
- Bridge plate is vulcanized into the rubber gasket.
- Double folded lifter bar.
- No loose parts that may get lost during installation.
