Technical concept
The clamps can be supplied with EPDM or NBR or Viton rubbers. The rubber is tappered and has a waffle pattern. The bridge plate is vulcanized into the rubber gasket.
Furthermore the clamps can be supplied with threaded- or flanged outlets.
The clamps can be used to repair all types of cracks, holes and fractures. It can be installed under pressure. The steel clamps will be coated with a high quality epoxy powder, drinking water approved, with an average coating thickness of 250 microns.
Working Pressures
The steel clamps consist of 2 halves. They are engineered to the specific needs of the customer and are suitable for working pressures up to 40 bars.
